Broussard STR Investment Fund I, LP is a real estate fund that is being capitalized for the benefit of the shareholders.
Broussard Investment Fund I GP, LLC, is the general partner of the Fund.
Broussard Properties, LLC is a boutique vacation rental management company that started out in 2002 as a personal investment in Park City, Utah and has transformed into a vacation rental management company managing 25 properties across the United States.
Broussard Properties will exclusively manage all of the Fund’s properties to ensure that the highest quality assets will be acquired and managed in the best interest of the shareholders.
Broussard STR Investment Fund I, LP will look to purchase “best-in-class” luxury real estate assets. This will include acquiring single-family residential properties that can be used as luxury vacation rentals and the development of an entire resort development.

Identify and acquire prime real estate opportunities.
Evaluate the neighborhood, property taxes, amenities & opportunities (like reservoirs, ski mountains etc.) for each property.
Inspect for any problems in the property and determine solutions with all stakeholders.

Partnership with Broussard Properties
Broussard Properties will provide a monthly management statement for each property that outlines expenses paid with receipts and a folio that shows the information for each guest. For example, VRBO provides a comprehensive report and narrative of every reservation. These management reports will be provided to the accounting firm managing the Fund assets and will be included in the annual audit.

CEO- Michael Broussard
Michael Broussard is a lifelong Utahn who has worked in the luxury vacation rental industry for the past twenty-five years. Michael with his wife Debbie have built Broussard Properties from one property into a thriving business that has increased to 25 properties in their portfolio.
In addition, in 2014, Michael helped launch Turnkey Vacation Rentals into a national brand in the vacation rental sector. Michael was their first General Manager & Sales Director in an expansion market and he helped Turnkey prove concept to the investment community. He worked in 20 different US states for Turnkey and in 2021 Turnkey was sold to Vacasa for $614 million in cash and stock. Michael built the Turnkey brand in Park City to the largest operation (300 vacation homes) and highest revenue-producing market ($20+ million annual revenue) when the transaction closed with Vacasa. Michael served in an interim role at Vacasa and then joined AvantStay in Oct of 2021. Michael managed the Park City and Austin, Texas markets for AvantStay until September of 2022.
Michael has closed over 1,000+ vacation rental management contracts in his sales and management career. The management, expansion, and growth of Broussard Properties and the Broussard STR Investment Fund 1, LP is Michael's focus in 2024 and beyond.

CFO- Jon C. LoPresti
Jon serves as the CFO of The Broussard STR Investment Fund 1, LP, and has devoted 24 years to investment banking, asset management, and private banking. His early career focused on mergers and acquisitions in the Pacific Rim, advising Taiwanese companies on business development, acquisitions, and capital raising. Now, Jon influences Umergence, DECCA | Group and DECCA | Private Wealth Management as an investment banker, advisor, investor, founder, and partner. His expertise benefits businesses, governments, and private equity funds across healthcare, real estate, agriculture, IT, finance, and clean energy sectors.
Jon's background includes roles at JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch. Originally from New York, he now lives in Austin, TX, after 17 years in Hawaii and 4 years in Taiwan, China, and Japan. Jon, his wife Maito, and their two children support environmental causes and charities in Hawaii and SDG projects.

General Manager- Debbie Broussard
Debbie knows each property inside and out. She is meticulous with an eye for detail, she has a personal approach that has earned her respect and return customers in the vacation rental industry. Debbie has always worked in roles where the customer experience is key, from Shriners Hospital to Director of Children’s Ministry programs in the Salt Lake area every person she comes in contact with walks away with the knowledge that they are in safe hands with Debbie and you can trust her with business dealings. Debbie manages the booking side of Broussard Properties and troubleshoots when any guest or owner concerns come up. From safety issues to the internet going out, she takes guests by the hand and leads them through any less-than-ideal experience that may spontaneously come up. However, due to her organization and diligence, these experiences are few and far between.
Debbie also owns and operates Utah Design & Organize, which is a local interior design company in Salt Lake City. Her talents have aided Broussard Properties homeowners by updating their properties and boosting revenue with her quality designs. Overall, Debbie brings structure and quality to the Broussard Properties brand, and can’t wait to grow it further.

Director of Marketing- Isabelle Broussard Moore
Isabelle Broussard Moore grew up in the entrepreneurial home of Michael and Debbie Broussard where she witnessed both of them start their own businesses and work exceedingly hard to build their dream jobs.
It wasn’t a surprise then that after graduating from Whitworth University in 2019 with a degree in business and communications, Isabelle went on to get her MBA in 2022 from Westminster University. She then started her own marketing and events LLC that assists small businesses create beautiful and unified communication pieces and strategies that are achievable for small businesses.
Isabelle has also taught strategic communication classes at Westminster University, worked as an Alumni Relations Assistant Director for a University, and has many years of working with clients to achieve their marketing goals. She is excited to move forward and scale Broussard Properties in the hopefully near future! Isabelle will bring structure, organization, and strategy to her future role with Broussard Properties.

Advisor- Taha Memon
Taha Memon is a seasoned entrepreneur with two successful exits in the hospitality industry. He is currently the CEO of Founders Club International (FCI), where he advises companies navigating emerging markets in the GCC region, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Taha also serves as the advisor to the Middle East for The Super Founder Global Network (SFGN), the world's largest investor, founder, and executive network. SFGN is backed by founders and investors from global giants such as Visa, Coca-Cola, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Nike, and others.
In the venture ecosystem, Taha Memon is known for his strategic insight in helping growth-stage companies scale up.
Taha collaborates with several countries to support economic development and foreign direct investment through curated delegations. He is also an advisor to Broussard Enterprise, which is transforming the vacation rental market by acquiring and managing top-tier properties worldwide. His strategic expertise in scaling operations and market entry has made him a key figure in driving innovation across industries.
