The Vacation Rental Dream Team

Michael and Debbie Broussard are lifelong Utahns who have worked in the property management industry for the past 25 years. They have been married for 30 years and now have 4 amazing children and one son-in-law and live in Holladay, Utah.

Michael and Debbie have owned and managed vacation rentals in 6 U.S. states, along with Mexico. Michael helped launch Turnkey Vacation Rentals in 2014 as the 18th employee. He was their first General Manager & Sales Director in an expansion market and he helped Turnkey prove the concept to the investment community.

Michael has worked in 20 different US States for Turnkey. Turnkey was then sold in 2021 to Vacasa for $614 million in cash and stock. Michael served in an interim role there and then joined AvantStay in September of 2021. Michael managed the Park City area and Austin, Texas markets for AvantStay until September of 2022. Michael has closed over 1,000+ vacation rental management contracts in his career. Debbie has worked as a designer and manager alongside Michael for the past 10 years.
